Are you a virtual assistant or admin service?
No. A virtual assistant takes tasks off your plate one at a time, which still leaves you deciding what gets done, explaining how, and checking it was done right. We work a level above that. We design and build the systems, structure and workflows your business runs on, so work moves without you directing every step. If you need hands for the day-to-day, we'll help you hire them into an operation built to support them, or build them as AI employees.
Is my business the right fit for Equipt?
We don't sort clients by industry or revenue. We look at your stage: building from scratch, hitting a ceiling, carrying too much of the operation yourself, or ready to go bigger. Solo founders, startups, established companies, churches and non-profits all fit. If your vision has outgrown the way your business currently runs, you're in the right place.
Do you do all the work yourself?
Equipt leads every engagement from start to finish. Strategy, architecture and oversight always come from us. For specialized work, such as brand design or bookkeeping, we may choose to bring in trusted people from our contractor network and manage them for you. You never have to find, brief or chase anyone. You deal with one partner.
Who will I actually be working with?
Shanay, Equipt's founder, personally leads every engagement. She's spent over a decade as the operational partner behind C-suite executives at tech giants and fast-growing startups. You won't be handed off to a junior account manager after you sign. The person who diagnoses your operation is the person accountable for building it.
